Refund Policy

At Swaram Studio, we are committed to delivering quality music education with dedicated time and preparation for every student. As class slots are limited and reserved in advance, all course fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable once the course has commenced.

If a student withdraws before the course begins, a refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to an administrative fee. No refunds will be provided for missed classes. However, with prior notice, we will do our best to arrange a replacement class within the same term, subject to availability.

In the unlikely event that Swaram Studio needs to cancel a class, a replacement session or full refund for that session will be provided.
