2. Enrolment & Payment

• Full payment is required to confirm and secure a class slot.
• Class slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Fees must be paid before the commencement of lessons unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Refund Policy

• All fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable once the course has commenced.
• No refunds will be provided for missed classes.
• Replacement classes may be arranged with prior notice, subject to availability.
• If Swaram Studio cancels a class, a replacement session or refund for that session will be provided.

4. Attendance & Punctuality

• Students are expected to arrive on time for lessons.
• Late arrival may result in a shortened session, and classes will end at the scheduled time.
• Repeated absenteeism may result in forfeiture of the class without refund.

5. Online Lessons

• Students are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and suitable device setup for online classes.
• Swaram Studio is not liable for technical issues on the student’s side.

6. Code of Conduct

• Students are expected to behave respectfully during lessons.
• Disruptive, inappropriate, or disrespectful behaviour may result in termination of enrolment without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All teaching materials, recordings, lesson content, and resources provided by Swaram Studio are for personal learning use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission.

8. Media & Recordings

Swaram Studio may take photos or short recordings for promotional purposes. Consent will be obtained where required. Students may opt out by informing us in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

Swaram Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in lessons. Students participate at their own discretion.

10. Changes to Terms

Swaram Studio reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will be published on our website.
